Excellent course! Full of different techniques of self knowledge and self improvement which give useful and often surprising insight. Indeed like a mirror but one where you can see yourself from all angles including hidden ones. Will definitely implement a lot from this course in my life and can already feel a level of understanding and acceptance of myself I didn't feel before. Highly recommended!

There is a lot of knowledge transfer in this course and many triggers for introspection. When I started the course, I found I was 'passively listening' without doing my self analysis, but then I got a friend to do it alongside me and that kept me 'honest'. My friend and I committed to a module every 3 days, we filled out the self assessments and sent them to each other, and we would journal what we could new actions we could try. Loved the pdf too.

Five stars!
